Anak is an associate in the corporate, FDI, merger and acquisition work practice group. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Thammasat University and provides legal support in matters including but not limited to corporate structuring, commercial transactions, legal due diligence, property acquisitions, and regulatory and compliance-related matters to support clients’ business operations.
