Summer Associate New Graduates
Overview of the Position
As the name suggests, you will become our associate for the summer.
With the training and scope of work of an associate and the privilege of responsibility of an intern, by the end of the 2-month period, you will have a basic understanding of law firm function and the expectations. The goal is for you to find out if this is the kind of job that matches your personality and interests.
With an opportunity to work with us after the conclusion of the 2-month Summer Associate period, this position is open to all third year and fourth year law students with interest to pursue advisory roles in law firms.
Job Description
- Assisting associates and senior team members with legal research and analysis,
- Conducting comprehensive legal and factual research on various practice areas,
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, memoranda, and client correspondence,
- Tracking and reviewing materials and documentation that may be required,
- Attending meeting calls and trainings.
- Supporting due diligence processes and transaction management,
- Participating in client meetings, conference calls, and professional development trainings.
Qualifications
- 3rd year or 4th year law students,
- With special consideration for those with academic, management, and communicative extracurricular activities,
- Fluency in Thai and English,
- Full proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point),
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities, and
- Ability to take initiative in work.
Associate (New Graduate) New Graduates
