Government Training Engagement (2nd Consecutive Year)

Jirapat and Partners has been entrusted by the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO), Ministry of Finance, for the second consecutive year, to deliver seminars and workshops for government agencies across Thailand, covering Projects, Infrastructure and Public Private and Partnerships.

For SEPO, the engagement continues a relationship built on the firm’s PPP expertise, following its role in the 2019 amendments to the Public-Private Partnership Act B.E. 2562.

This year’s programme reaches government agencies in four provinces — Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat), Rayong, Chiang Mai, and Songkhla — concluding with a seminar in Bangkok, running from March 2026 to August 2026.

“Being asked back by SEPO for a second year tells you the first round of workshops actually landed. Programmes like this are where a PPP practice earns its reputation — not in the headline deals, but in whether the people implementing the law understand it. This is a crucial next step to standardise national practice. We are honoured to be part of it,” said Jirapat Thammavaranucupt, Managing Partner at Jirapat and Partners.

The engagement was led by Managing Partner Jirapat Thammavaranucupt, supported by associate Sitthi Meesit.
